Yellow Fields

These yellow fields are everywhere and they are so beautiful. Every time we go by them we say we should take pictures in them but we never do, until today. We were driving on a country road and came up to one so we stopped.

We got out of the car and got on the fence to take the kids picture.

That led to climbing over the fence to get...a closer look/better picture.

We were only going to stay on the edge of the field but the kids ended up running in the fields and had the time of their life. They would get lost in there and they would hold up their hand and so we could find them and then run back.
We tried to get creative with our camera and have only the yellow in the picture show up, it made us look weird though.

It is just beautiful countryside.
We have since found out that the yellow fields are rapeseed fields. They grow them to make rapeseed oil which some believe is a healthier version of olive oil. You can buy it at the Farmer's Market.
